Prosperity House (formerly Brethren Housing) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating hope, stability, and opportunity through affordable housing. Since 1987, we have served individuals and families in Prince William County and the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park who are facing housing insecurity or homelessness.

What began as an outreach ministry of the Manassas Church of the Brethren has grown into a trusted community organization providing safe, sustainable housing solutions for more than three decades.

For the past 22 years, Prosperity House has focused on acquiring, rehabilitating, and managing homes that offer dignity, stability, and a path forward for low- to moderate-income residents.
Since 2007, Prosperity House has expanded its program by purchasing additional properties, refurbishing existing homes, and directly operating transitional and affordable housing programs.
